Pat Bryson has worked in the radio industry for over 30 years. During that time, she was one of the highest billing sales people in the radio industry in her market. She was promoted to General Sales Manager, managing and training both experienced and inexperienced sales people. Her career advanced to General Manager, where Pat created a culture of over- achievement for her stations.

Pat was the recipient of two prestigious educational fellowships from the Education Foundation of the National Association of Broadcasters: a fellowship to the Executive Development Program, held at Georgetown University and a fellowship to the Broadcast Leadership Training Program.

Since founding BBI, Pat has worked with broadcasters around the world and has been a featured speaker at Radiodays Europe in Dublin Ireland, Radiodays Denmark, Radiodays Sweden, Radiodays Asia, Radiodays Munich, Australian National Radio Convention in Brisbane Australia, Community Broadcasters Australia, Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, Radio Conference Poland, Krakfilm Festival, EGTA in Zurich, Western Association of Broadcasters in Canada, the Gospel Music Association of Canada, the Consultant’s Corner at the NAB Radio Show, and was a featured speaker for the Broadcast Education Association during the NAB Convention in Las Vegas. She has also worked for the Broadcast Associations in Montana, New Mexico, Kentucky, Washington State, Puget Sound, Oklahoma, Virginia, Arkansas, Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Texas, Vermont, Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Massachusetts.
